With years of experience in aerial circus and a teaching philosophy centered on trust and progression, he guides flyers from their very first jump to the most complex catches. Everything you want to know

Do I need experience?
No. First Flight is designed for complete beginners. No particular physical condition is required — our instructors adapt to every person.
Is there a weight or age limit?
The program is open to adults and teens 14+. For questions about weight or medical conditions, contact us before booking — we'll find the best solution.
What should I wear?
Form-fitting athletic clothing — leggings, t-shirt, socks. No dangling jewellery or exposed closures. Avoid jeans and baggy pants.
What level is the Flying Team for?
The Flying Team welcomes flyers who have completed a few classes. If you're a beginner, start with First Flight — Sébastien will tell you when you're ready to join the team.
Cancellation policy?
Free cancellation up to 24 hours before the session. After that, the class is charged. 10-class packs are non-refundable but have no expiry date.
Where to park?
Street parking on St-Denis and adjacent streets. Métro Rosemont or Beaubien (Orange Line), 8–12 minutes on foot. Several bike paths nearby.

Château Accessibility

Le Château is not accessible for people with mobility limitations. The entrance is on the second floor (about 30 steps up from the street), and the flying trapeze is reached by a ladder. If you have questions, write to us or call (514) 600-6038.
