The space in detail

Everything your production team needs to know before booking.

What makes this space unique

A set that works for you — not against you.

Most Montréal shoot locations fight their own windows. The Château doesn't have any. Your lighting team controls every photon — no unexpected sunlight, no continuity lost between takes.

The 1931 Art Deco architecture functions as a turnkey set: ornamental columns, period woodwork, the acoustics of a former cinema. No set dressing needed — the building is already the set.

The operational flying trapeze rig is available as an add-on — adding an aerial element to your shoot requires no additional equipment. We provide the rigger and safety supervisor.
