A vertical pole. Climb, spiral down, carry your weight. All levels welcome.
A cylindrical pole that rises from the floor of a 1931 Art Deco cinema. You climb. You pirouette. You descend in a controlled spiral. Chinese pole is a classic circus discipline that tests your strength, balance, and courage — a signature element of traditional and contemporary circus performances.
At Le Château de Cirque, Chinese pole is accessible to beginners. You start by learning to climb and control your descent. As you progress, you discover aerial shapes, smooth transitions, and the distinctive signature of Chinese pole — the descending spiral.
For those discovering pole for the first time. Learn to climb, balance your weight, and descend safely. Focus on foundational techniques and confidence.
Our flagship pole class. Beginners and intermediate practitioners together — the instructor adapts content to each student. Natural progression and learning at your own pace.
For practitioners with a solid pole foundation. Aerial figures, complex spirals, and inverted passages. Mastery and strength required.
