Before your first class

Do I need experience?
No. Every discipline has beginner classes. Our instructors adapt to all levels — you'll progress at your own pace with proper form and safety.
What should I wear?
Form-fitting clothing (leggings, athletic shorts, snug top). No exposed zippers or buttons. Bare feet. Avoid jewelry.
Is there an age limit?
Most classes are 14+. Kids' camps available. For specific questions about age or physical limitations, contact us.
What if I have a medical concern?
If you have back, shoulder, or wrist issues, consult your doctor before joining. Write to us if you're unsure — we'll help assess if a class is right for you.
Can I try before committing?
Yes. Drop in for $35 to test any class. Or start with monthly unlimited if you want to commit.
Cancellation policy?
Free cancellation up to 24 hours before class. Monthly membership can be cancelled anytime.
